We're in Loreto, awaiting the arrival of the rest of the party. My GPS unit has street-level maps for many of the towns around here. The catch is that they're not as picky about road surface as I would like. It directed us down several unpaved roads, and then tried to get us to go down a pedestrian walkway to get to our hotel. After a bunch of circling through the area, we ended up riding through the municipal plaza, which our hotel faces out on. Ironically, the concrete of the walkways was easier to ride on than the cobbled streets. GPS Track: Day 8 85 mi GPS Track: Day 1-8 1435 mi |
