Getting There - Aneel's Travelogue

We finally found the Sernatur office, and they were reasonably helpful. They suggested we go south to ChiloÈ instead of north to the Lakes District.

We caught a bus down to Ancud, with the idea that we'd look around and then probably press on to Castro or Dalcahue and see about doing some kayaking.

Instead, we ran into a storm front as we got near Ancud, sow we've decided to call a halt for a while to try to wait out the storm.

It's so foggy here that you can barely make out the bay. Reminds me of home.
