4 generous servings
- 1 lb sushi-grade tuna
- 3 scallions
- 2 T fresh-squeezed lime juice (2 medium limes)
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 t toasted sesame oil
- 3 t toasted sesame seeds
- 1.5 t fresh ginger, grated
To taste:
- 1 T lime juince
- 1 t toasted sesame seeds
- salt
- ground pepper
- crushed red pepper
- jalapeños
Trim dark flesh & fat from tuna. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Finely chop the white and light green parts of the scallions.
Combine all ingredients.
Notes: very tasty, wants more heat.
