Getting to The Omphalos

Take the N Judah train to the Stanyan stop (at the corner of Carl and Stanyan). Walk uphill on Stanyan one block to Parnassus. Make a left on Parnassus. We're 184, on the left side of the street.

We're also on the route of the 6 and 43 buses.

By BART

Take BART into SF and get off at Civic Center, change to the N Judah and follow the Muni directions.

By Car, from the middle of SF, by way of Fell St

Take Fell west, towards the ocean. As you pass the Panhandle of Golden Gate Park (before you reach the park proper) get in the right lane (important!). Fell will swerve to the left as it's about to enter the park, but you should stay in the right lane, which continues straight. The lane goes one block and ends at Stanyan. Take a left on Stanyan. Pass Haight, and head towards the hill. Parnassus is two blocks after the hill begins. Make a left on Parnassus. We're the first driveway on the left.

Parking

Parking near us can be hard. If you don't luck out and find a space within a few blocks, it may make sense to park at the Kezar Stadium lot. It's downhill on Stanyan, between Frederick (where the hill begins) and Beulah, across from the Kezar pub.

From 101 North

Exit on the Octavia/Fell off-ramp (434A, or something ridiculous like that). Go straight on Octavia until it dead-ends and make the left onto Fell. Follow the Fell directions above.

From the East Bay

Take 80 West across the bridge. Take the the exit for 101 North (1B). Follow the 101 North directions above.
