House Rules

• You may not turn more than about 90 degrees as part of a move action.
• Every time Rum is loaded onto a ship, that ship loses its next turn. Each crew member on the loading ship consumes one unit of the Rum. When the value of the Rum is reduced to zero, it is removed from the game.
• Guns are fired one at a time. You may decide whether to fire each after you've seen the results of the previous shots.

• If a ship with the special ability "This ship eliminates two masts with one hit." fires upon a ship with the special ability "Two hits from the same shoot action are required to eliminate one of this ship's masts.", the first hit does nothing, but the second eliminates two masts.
