Getting There - Aneel's Travelogue

I did a lot of walking today. First north through the medina along a mostly residential route to the Kasbah des Oudaias, then around the Kasbah for a while. Next, I walked south through the medina, past the areas where they sell carpets, leather crafts, and brass lanterns. I had lunch, and then walked out to the Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V (the grandfather of the current king). After that, I walked west through the medina past storefronts full of slippers, clothes, and jewelry, eventually ending up at the western gate.
