I understand that it's very hard to leave without a carpet. And as long as I'm going to end up with one, might as well bring back a few...
Things that would be really useful to know, if you'd like a carpet:
- how big?
- how expensive? The LP thinks they start from 400 dirhams ($45 today) for small, flat-woven rugs to 2000 dirhams ($228) per square meter for the intricately patterned deep-pile ones
