Getting There - Aneel's Travelogue

This is the travelogue for my SouthAmericaTrip. The plan is to keep a paper journal as I go, and to update from the road if I find myself with time on my hands and a suitable Internet connection. This trip is sounding pretty busy though, so that may not happen much.

I still have a bunch of stuff to do before I go: pick up the last few items from AneelPackingList, figure out what books to take (Suggestions? Small books that take a while to read are ideal), and walk around some with my full backpack to help convince me to leave more stuff home.
